After using the Panasonic Bread Maker for some time I decided to step up to the next level and by the Zojirushi 2-lb. Home Bakery Supreme Bread Machine. I am sure glad I did. What a pleasure it has been to use.
1. The instruction manual is by far more easily understood than the Panasonic Automatic Breadmaker. The recipes were more clear and the step by step instructions were just better in my opinion. Plus I found the illustrations to be better.
2. Operating- The double kneading paddles of the Zojirushi gave a much more consistent mix and knead to the dough.
It also features a 2 pound loaf pan, 3 level crust control, a program memory, and large viewing window.
One of my favorite features is the power loss memory. In the case of the power going out, the Zojirushi will remember where it left off and pick up at that spot when the power resumes. Now there is no need to throw away a ruined batch.
All told, the Zojirushi is a far better machine. You definitely get what you pay for, and I highly recommend making the extra investment.
Fresh baked bread is a great treat and making it for you and your family is fun and tasty. Don't regret buying a cheap machine, buy the best and thank yourself for the rest of your life.

Panasonic SD YD250 Breadmaker
Panasonic seems to have been doing their homework well if you think about what the Panasonic SD YD250 Breadmaker can do for you. It is a awesome bread maker which gives you a large numbers of options. Because of its buttons you may choose to go back to the instructions to figure all of them out. It is made for families and has the feature to create up to two and a half pounds of bread each time. It is the bread machine you want to have if you make a lot of bread.
As typical for bread machines, it offers you more than just a bread making machine. It can be used to raise your dough and not bake it, or make cookie dough, and pizza dough. There are several modes to pick from when baking and it has the ability to create you a loaf of bread in less than two hours. The timer extend to 13 hours. This means you can preset and wake up to fresh warm bread ready for you. The only down side to this bread machine is that it can be loud when it is mixing your bread.
The baking pan is non-stick as is typical, making it easy to remove your bread once it’s baked. There are different modes you can select when creating the bread and the crust to go along with it. If you like eating the dark and tough crusts then you can create that as well. And you need not worry about the crust since even if the crust gets darker than you like, it is still a great bread.
The breadmaker adds yeast for the bread though you can still do it on your own if you want. .From a distance it looks attractive. However, you will need to dedicate some counter space as it is not exactly the smallest bread maker in the market.
